I watched the movie twilight when I was 10 and I really liked it. I thought why not read the book. The book is published in 2005 in the United States. 

Bella Swan moved to Forks where her dad lives. On her new school she meets a boy Edward Cullen. She falls in love with him. But it gets complicated when she finds out that he is a vampire. The love between Bella and Edward is dangerous, because no one knows about the secret of the Cullens familie. The Cullens are good vampires, they don’t drink humans blood, they only drink animal blood. But there are many vampires who does drink human blood. When other vampires find out about Bella they want to kill her. The Cullens are trying to protect her. 

The author is Stephenie Meyer. She is a American teenage book writer. She is born on December 24, 1973. She is 45 years old. 

Bella Swan is the main character. She is a normal girl. She is very observing. She is 17 years old and lives with her dad in Forks. 

Edward Cullen is a extraordinary boy. He is a vampire but he doesn’t hurt people. He hunts animals and drinks animal blood so he doesn’t has to kill people. He is very handsome and gets described as devine. He is 17 years old and is adopted by the Cullens family. 

Jacob Black is a boy who knows Bella for a really long time. They’ve been friend since they where in kindergarten. Jacob is 15 years old and is in love with Bella. 

I really liked the book, because it’s a fantasy story. The way the story is written is great. It’s really mysterious and it makes me curious. I really liked how they described Edward. Sometimes he seems mean and harsh, like he doesn’t has emotions or he doesn’t want to show them. There where pieces in the book that I didn’t really liked. For example when there where 2 pages long about how Bella did the laundry. The book was really long, it had about 400 pages what is really long for me because I’m not a fast reader. I think it’s a perfect book for people who likes fantasy and love stories.
